For years doctors have been waging a fierce public battle against cancer, as most of us know, and for years one man has been studying what may be a more significant battle, behind the scenes political war that he says has an enormous impact on cancer patients.

Host Wayne Jennings of KKTV, Colorado Springs, CO, interviews RWM on the revised edition of The Cancer Industry

For three years during the 1970s Ralph Moss worked for the famous Sloan-Kettering

00:22.1 – 00:25.2

Cancer Center in New York. He says he

00:25.2 – 00:28.5

was fired after blowing the whistle on a Watergate style

00:28.5 – 00:31.6

cover-up Ralph Moss joins us this afternoon, and he’s authored

00:31.6 – 00:34.7

a new book on the subject and nice to have you here pleasure to

00:34.7 – 00:37.4

be here. You compare it to a Watergate style

00:37.4 – 00:40.7

cover up why that particular comparison?

00:34.7 – 00:37.4

be here. You compare it to a Watergate style

00:37.4 – 00:40.7

cover up why that particular comparison?

00:40.7 – 00:43.7

Well, I think that it’s a cover-up that

00:43.7 – 00:46.4

really stretches into the highest levels of the government

00:46.4 – 00:50.0

and private agencies fundraising agencies

00:49.2 – 00:52.4

and research centers. And I think

00:52.4 – 00:55.5

it’s the kind of thing that once the public realizes that

00:55.5 – 00:58.4

this is going on. It’s going to alter our

00:58.4 – 01:01.2

entire way of looking at the medical establishment.

01:02.1 – 01:05.6

Your allegations are that the medical community

01:05.6 – 01:06.6

is covering up what?

01:07.5 – 01:10.5

Alternative treatments for the treatment of

01:10.5 – 01:13.4

cancer non-toxic therapies that

01:13.4 – 01:16.7

could be of benefit for cancer patients, but that

01:38.6 – 01:42.0

dreaded disease and this is not progress. This

01:41.1 – 01:44.1

is fail here and we have to confront the

01:44.1 – 01:47.7

fact that we are failing through the use of conventional methods

01:47.7 – 01:50.1

that we are not vigorous enough on the question

01:50.1 – 01:53.1

of prevention smoking and so forth in order

01:53.1 – 01:53.5

for us to

01:54.5 – 01:57.3

the stage a new strategy for winning this

01:57.3 – 02:00.8

war and part of that strategy would be the use of non-toxic

02:00.8 – 02:03.3

therapies in the treatment of the disease an example

02:24.2 – 02:27.8

actually led to your firing? Well, I was

02:27.8 – 02:30.3

the assistant director of public affairs and

02:30.3 – 02:33.2

the science writer at Memorial Sloan Kettering. And

02:33.2 – 02:36.9

I said that we were in fact covering up our

02:36.9 – 02:39.3

experiments with Leia troll which was a

02:39.3 – 02:42.3

very controversial extract of apricot kernels.

02:42.3 – 02:45.9

We were saying that it was worthless. Our experiments

02:45.9 – 02:48.7

were showing that it had some value in the

03:03.1 – 03:06.9

my responsibility was not to lie to the public about anything

03:06.9 – 03:09.2

my responsibility was to tell the truth to

03:09.2 – 03:09.6

the public.

03:10.5 – 03:13.7

One of your statements to the public has long

03:13.7 – 03:16.9

been that the medical establishment is well funded

03:16.9 – 03:19.7

and wants to continue to be well funded

03:19.7 – 03:20.8

but wouldn’t a cure.

03:21.4 – 03:24.5

Fund somebody offly. Well a patented cure

03:24.5 – 03:27.5

03:30.6 – 03:33.7

fortune. But the treatments that I’m talking about by and

03:33.7 – 03:36.2

large rely on the Curative powers of the human

03:36.2 – 03:39.6

body itself to treat the disease the natural treatments

03:39.6 – 03:42.5

the whether it’s through diet or removing things that

03:42.5 – 03:45.4

are of harm to the body and these are the things that

03:45.4 – 03:49.0

the immunological natural approaches that

03:48.2 – 03:51.7

are very frightening to people who intend

03:51.7 – 03:54.1

to Market product that can be used to

03:54.1 – 03:57.2

make fortunes. So if the Cure can come in

03:57.2 – 04:00.4

a very profitable marketable way sure they would

04:00.4 – 04:03.5

love it. But if it’s something that’s going to be from food or from

04:03.5 – 04:06.8

other ways of influencing the body to heal

04:12.6 – 04:15.9

Fury on the part of some people and some

04:15.9 – 04:18.5

people seem to like me. I my newsletter. The

04:18.5 – 04:21.6

cancer Chronicles is growing. The organization people against

04:21.6 – 04:24.3

cancer that I believe in is also growing

04:24.3 – 04:27.3

very rapidly. So, I think it’s helped to polarize the

04:27.3 – 04:30.6

field, and I think that this is in the end will be a healing thing

04:30.6 – 04:33.3

to bring on a sort of a crisis in this

04:33.3 – 04:36.1

country to let people know that all is

04:36.1 – 04:39.3

not well in the cancer field that we have to shake this

04:39.3 – 04:42.5

up politically in order to make real progress in

04:42.5 – 04:45.9

cancer interesting book and thank you very much for sharing

04:45.9 – 04:48.6

some insight with us this afternoon, Dr. Ralph Moss

04:48.6 – 04:52.5

the author of the cancer industry unraveling the

04:51.5 – 04:54.2

politics. Thanks again. Nice to

04:54.2 – 04:54.9

meet you. My pleasure.
